How do you handle booking & payments?
To book an appointment, use the submission form on the Contact page to send an email with your requested date, time, and what service you'd like to book.
Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, or cash.
How do you handle cancellations/rescheduling?
We understand due to the nature of this industry that things pop up last minute, however to be respectful of everyone's time, our policy is as follows:
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% fee of your booked service.
If you fail to show up at all without notice you'll be charged 100% of your booked service.
Booking outside of studio hours?
We know that in this industry auditions pop up last minute with very quick turn around times, so to accommodate auditions that need to be done after 7:00pm, you can book the studio for an additional fee of $30. No appointments will be taken after 8:30pm. Email
